Advanced Life Sciences Announces Filing of Initial Public Offering

Advanced Life Sciences Holdings, Inc. announced that it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. C.E. Unterberg, Towbin, LLC will serve as sole bookrunning manager, with ThinkEquity Partners LLC acting as co-lead manager for the proposed offering.
