Biophan Announces Availability of Nonexclusive Licensing

Biophan Technologies, a developer of next-generation medical technology, announced certain details about its licensing program for making pacemakers and defibrillators safe for use with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) systems. The company is offering nonexclusive licensing for this market segment, as the result of a previously reached term sheet with one of the largest manufacturers of medical devices, which will preclude an exclusive for pacemaker and defibrillator safety being available to any one manufacturer.
