Schwarz Pharma, Pfizer in Patent Dispute Over Fesoterodine

U.S.-based Pfizer has filed a lawsuit against German drug company Schwarz Pharma AG's over its urinary incontinence drug Fesoterodine, Schwarz Pharma said in a statement. According to the Schwarz Pharma statement, released late Friday, Pfizer has filed a suit claiming patent infringement in the High Court of England and Wales. A spokeswoman for Schwarz Pharma declined to give further information on which patent or type of patent is at the centre of the dispute.
