HealthTronics Unveils UroVantage Intraoperative Imaging System

May 24, 2005

HealthTronics has unveiled the UroVantage, a new intraoperative urological imaging system, at the American Urological Association meeting in San Antonio.

The UroVantage system features an Iso-centric C-arm with positioning flexibility beyond standard urology procedures; an all digital imaging system with optimal image quality and reduced radiation dose to the patient and staff; head-to-toe imaging coverage on a 6-foot 6-inch patient; and multipurpose functionality for general and orthopedic surgery, as well as gastrointestinal and high-end vascular imaging.

The first clinical system is scheduled to be installed in June, and system delivery is available 60 days from time of order.
