Acrolab OKs 60 Percent Acquisition of Biopharma

Strides Arcolab Ltd on Wednesday inched closer to acquiring up to 60 percent stake in Venezuelean pharmaceutical and marketing company, Biopharma for a consideration not exceeding one million dollar. The board of directors of Strides Acrolab in its meeting held on Wednesday approved the proposal for acquisition of up to 60 percent stake in Biopharma, the company informed Bombay Stock Exchange.
