Taisho Pharmaceutical Achieves Zero Emissions in Omiya Factory

Taisho Pharmaceutical announced that it had successfully implemented a zero emissions plan at its Omiya Factory in Saitama Prefecture by the end of fiscal 2004. Under the slogan of "3Rs-Reduce, Reuse, Recycle," the company has striven to promote waste reduction and recycling at its factories. Also, the company forecasts that it will implement the zero emissions plan at its Okayama Factory by the end of fiscal 2005.
