Edwards, 3F Restructure Development, Supply Agreements

Edwards Lifesciences, a company specializing in heart valve technologies, and 3F Therapeutics, a privately held medical device company, announced they have restructured the development and supply agreements between Percutaneous Valve Technologies (PVT) and 3F that were established before Edwards' acquisition of PVT in early 2004. PVT was an early-stage company engaged in the development of a catheter-based (or percutaneous) heart valve.
