Celldex Sets IPO at 4 Million Shares, $8-$10 Each

Celldex Therapeutics, a biotechnology company focusing on the treatment of cancer, infectious disease and immune system disorders, set its planned initial public offering at 4 million shares for between $8 and $10 per share. In an amended offering document filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Bloomsbury, New Jersey-based company stated, as it had previously, that Medarex will hold a 70 percent stake after the IPO.
