MultiCell Technologies Sells Immortalized Porcine Hepatocytes

MultiCell Technologies a leading supplier of immortalized human hepatic cell lines for pharmaceutical candidate optimization, announced that it has commenced sales of HepLiu immortalized porcine (pig) hepatocytes and porcine media dry powder. The company is currently successfully selling patented immortalized non-tumorigenic human hepatocytes to the international pharmaceutical industry. MultiCell will now sell its proprietary immortalized pig hepatocyte cell lines and culture medium to all scientific researchers. Previously these products were only available via a license agreement.
