Fisher Scientific to Acquire McKesson BioServices

Fisher Scientific International announced a definitive agreement under which Fisher will acquire McKesson BioServices, a business unit of McKesson, for approximately $60 million in cash. The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory review, is expected to close in the third quarter.
