Nabi Opens Local Facility to Manufacture Vaccines

Opening South Florida's first vaccine manufacturing plant brings Nabi Biopharmaceuticals one important step closer to marketing a vaccine that could save thousands of lives by preventing hospital-born staph infections. As Florida invests in attracting more biotechnology companies along with the Scripps Research Institute, the progress of Nabi, currently the state's largest biotech company, is something officials would like to see replicated many times over.
