Novasite Pharmaceuticals a company focused on the discovery and development of allosteric modulators of G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs), announced that it has acquired PsyCheNomicS a drug discovery company focused on diseases of the central nervous system (CNS). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
