BECKMAN COULTER, NEPHROMICS TO DEVELOP PREECLAMPSIA LAB TESTS

Beckman Coulter has signed a licensing agreement with Chestnut Hill, Mass.-based Nephromics. The new agreement provides Beckman Coulter access to all Nephromics' patents, patent applications and biologics related to the detection, monitoring and risk assessment of preeclampsia, which is the second leading cause of maternal deaths in the developed world.
