RTI, ATS SIGN MARKETING AGREEMENT FOR ALLOGRAFTS

Regeneration Technologies (RTI), an Alachua, Fla.-based processor of orthopedic, cardiovascular and other biologic implants, announced that RTI-Cardiovascular, a wholly owned subsidiary formerly known as Alabama Tissue Center, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with ATS Medical. ATS will serve as the exclusive provider of distribution services in North America for allograft tissue processed by RTI-Cardiovascular for use in cardiovascular surgeries. RTI's line of cardiovascular allograft implants includes aortic and pulmonic valves, arteries, veins and patches.
