SONOMAX ANNOUNCES LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING

Montreal-based Sonomax Hearing Healthcare, inventor and developer of the SonoCustom in-the-ear expansion technology and SonoPass proof-of-performance software, announced it has entered into a letter of understanding relating to a proposed business relationship with Canadian high-technology and systems solution firm Gennum. The intent of the relationship is for the companies to combine their respective expertise and technologies in furtherance of Sonomax's objective of creating and bringing to retail markets, new and improved hearing, hearing protection, and communications products centered on Sonomax's sound-interface technology.
