OMNI LIFE SCIENCE WILL ACQUIRE APEX SURGICAL TO ACCELERATE PRESENCE IN JOINT RECONSTRUCTION

OMNI life science, Inc., a medical device company based in Vista, California and focused on the design, manufacture and distribution of products for the orthopedics market, announced today that its parent and holding company Medical Innovations, Ltd. has entered into an agreement related to the acquisition of all of the equity interests in Apex Surgical LLC, of Lakeville, Massachusetts, a privately owned company focused on joint replacement products, for an undisclosed sum of cash and equity. Under the terms of the agreement, OMNI life science, Inc. will integrate the Apex Surgical, LLC business into their current organization.
