HESTER PHARMACEUTICALS GETS MEMBERS NOD FOR RS 25 CRORE EXPANSION

Hester Pharmaceuticals (Q, N,C,F)* Ltds board has approved expansion project at an estimated cost of Rs 25 crore. The new project encompasses setting up manufacturing facilities and research center targeting the regulatory markets. The project is proposed to be partly financed through issue of equity shares on a rights basis to existing shareholders and debt financing. The board has also approved to convene an extra ordinary general meeting (EGM) to approve amendment or increase in authorized capital of the Company.
