POSITRON AND NEUSOFT FORM JOINT VENTURE

Positron Corporation, manufacturer of positron emission tomography (PET) scanners, announced today the formation of a joint venture with Neusoft Medical Systems in Shenyang, China. The joint venture will be called Neusoft-Positron Medical Systems Co., Ltd. and will specialize in the production of cutting edge PET and PET/CT systems.
