INTARCIA THERA SETS IPO AT 5 MILLION SHARES, $12-$14 A SHARE

Underwriters for Intarcia Therapeutics Inc. on Friday set the terms of the company's pending initial public offering at five million shares with an estimated price range of $12 to $14 a share. On Feb. 7, Intarcia filed an IPO to sell up to $86.25 million in common stock but didn't detail the terms of the offering. According to an amended filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company will use net proceeds from the IPO to fund its product-development activities and for general corporate purposes.
