GENOMIC HEALTH SETS IPO AT 5 MLN SHARES, $12-$14

Genomic Health Inc., which focuses on genomic-based clinical diagnostic tests for cancer, on Friday set its planned initial public offering at 5.02 million shares with an estimated price of $12 to $14 each. The Redwood City, California-based company said in an amended prospectus filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that the underwriters will have the option to buy an additional 752,508 shares to cover over-allotments.
