IMMUNOMEDICS ANNOUNCES FISCAL 2005 RESULTS

Immunomedics, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMMU - News), a leading biopharmaceutical company focused on developing monoclonal antibodies, today reported revenues of $0.6 million and a net loss of $10.1 million, or $0.19 per share, for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2005, which ended June 30, 2005. This compares to revenues of $0.9 million and a net loss of $6.8 million, or $0.14 per share, for the same period last year. For the fiscal year 2005, the Company reported revenues of $3.8 million and a net loss of $26.8 million, or $0.50 per share. This compares to revenues of $4.3 million and a net loss of $22.4 million, or $0.45 per share, for fiscal year 2004.
