SPECTRUM TO RAISE $42 MLN THROUGH PUBLIC OFFERING

Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Inc. (SPPI.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said it would raise about $42 million through the issuance of about eight million shares of its common stock priced at $5.25 a share. In a news release, the company said purchasers of the common stock would receive six-year warrants to buy up to about four million shares of the its common stock at an exercise price of $6.62 per share.
