INTELIFUSE FILES PATENT INFRINGEMENT LAWSUIT AGAINST BIOMEDICAL ENTERPRISES

InteliFUSE, Inc., a biomedical device company headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana, and the exclusive owner of U.S. patents covering "smart staple" technology that revolutionize the way surgeons remodel, strengthen, and fuse bone fractures and deformities, recently announced that it has filed suit for infringement of those patents against BioMedical Enterprises, Inc., based in San Antonio, Texas.
