AQUA PHARMACEUTICALS LICENSES CORDRAN AND MONODOX FOR THE UNITED STATES

Aqua Pharmaceuticals, LLC announced today that it has entered into a U.S. licensing agreement with Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. to market Cordran® (flurandrenolide USP), a family of topical steroids, and the antibiotic Monodox® (doxycycline monohydrate) 50mg and 100mg capsules. Additionally, the company will promote Watson's Cordran® Tape (flurandrenolide USP) product. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
