ELDER PHARMACEUTICALS TO SET UP PLANTS IN UTTARANCHAL & HIMACHAL PRADESH

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled 'Elder setting up 2 formulation plants', Elder Pharmaceuticals (Q, N,C,F)* Ltd has clarified that it is true that the company plans to set up two formulation plants in Uttaranchal and Himachal Pradesh and one of them is in the advanced stage of implementation. Shares of Elder Pharmaceuticals were last traded on BSE at Rs 209, down by 2.52 per cent.
