BOSTON SCIENTIFIC FAIR VALUE SEEN BETWEEN $27 AND $31

Morgan Stanley maintained an "equal-weight" rating on Boston Scientific after the medical-device maker announced a settlement with former stent manufacturing partner Medinol. The $750 million settlement, the result of a lengthy legal process, will be financed through debt, according to Morgan Stanley. Boston Scientific will also write down its outstanding equity investment in Medinol of approximately $20 million to $25 million, the firm noted.
