BIONOVO ANNOUNCES MOVE TO NEW HEADQUARTERS

BioNovo Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BNVI - News) announced today that it has moved its operations to a new location in Emeryville, CA. The company expects the move to be completed by September 2005. BioNovo is a drug development company focusing on the discovery of novel pharmaceutical agents for cancer and women's health. The company is preparing to initiate Phase 2 trials for two of its promising drug candidates: BZL 101, which is in development for the treatment of breast and ovarian cancers and works by initiating apoptosis (programmed cell death); and MF101, an estrogen receptor beta selective agent in development for the treatment of symptoms associated with menopause.
