RANBAXY TO MARKET LUPIN'S TB BRANDS IN AFRICAN MARKETS

Drug maker Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd (RLL) on Tuesday said it has entered into a licensing agreement with Lupin Laboratories Ltd to market the latter's tuberculosis brand in the West and North African markets. As per the arrangement, the Ranbaxy will sell Lupin's TB brand 'Akurit', a fixed dose combination, complying with WHO norms of dosage requirements, safety, patient compliance and convenience, the Gurgaon-based company said in a statement.
