HURRICANE RITA DOES NO DAMAGE TO CYBERONICS' FACILITIES, PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT

Cyberonics recently announced that Hurricane Rita did no damage to its facilities, property or equipment. "Mandatory evacuation and closure orders required that our headquarters and manufacturing facility be closed for two business days last week, but by close of business on Monday, September 26, all departments and systems were back to normal operations," commented Robert Cummins, Cyberonics' Chairman of the Board and CEO.
