TOSTREX LAUNCHED IN SWEDEN

Cellegy Pharmaceuticals, Inc announces the launch in Sweden of Tostrex(R) (testosterone gel) 2%, for the treatment of male hypogonadism, by its licensee, ProStrakan Group plc. Tostrex was approved by the Medical Products Agency (MPA) in Sweden on December 30, 2004. Approvals of Tostrex by the other member states of the European Union are expected in 2006 through the European Mutual Recognition Procedure.
