PREDIX SETS 5 MLN SHARES, $10-$12/SHARE FOR IPO

Predix Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. is planning 5 million common shares for between $10 and $12 each for its initial public offering, according to a U.S. regulatory filing on Friday. Under the prosed terms, Predix could raise between $50 million and $60 million in proceeds from the IPO. The underwriters, led by UBS Investment Bank and Deutsche Bank Securities, will have the option to buy 750,000 more shares in the event of heavy demand by investors, Predix said in an amended offering document filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
