FDA APPROVES LANNETT'S DANAZOL

Lannett has received FDA approval to market Danazol capsules.

The capsules are a generic version of Danocrine, marketed by French drug maker sanofi-aventis AG. The drug inhibits the sex hormone gonadotropin and is indicated for the treatment of uterine tissue growing outside the uterus, which often results in infertility, and fibrocystic breast disease.
