Tasc Pharmaceuticals Ltds board of directors have appointed Mark Saldanha as an additional director and managing director of the company. The board has appointed Sandra Saldanha, A V Sharma, Kim Tan and Ajay Mittal as additional directors of the company. The board also shifts registered office of the company. The board has changed the name of the company pursuance to the scheme of amalgamation from Tasc Pharmaceuticals Ltd to Marksans Pharma Ltd.
