REJUVENON CORP. CHANGES NAME TO SAPPHIRE THERAPEUTICS, INC.

The board of directors and shareholders of Rejuvenon Corp., a privately held biopharmaceutical company developing therapeutics for cancer and metabolic disorders, have approved a new name for the company, Sapphire Therapeutics, Inc. "Our new name, Sapphire Therapeutics, represents the culmination of a process that started last fall 2004 and continued through our relocation to Bridgewater, New Jersey," said Gary C. Cupit, PharmD, president and chief executive officer.
