ENDO PRICES SECONDARY OFFER AT $26.04 A SHARE

Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. (ENDP.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Thursday it had set a price of $26.04 per share for a secondary public offering of 29 million shares. A majority of the shares are being sold by Endo shareholder Endo Pharma LLC. After the sale, Endo Pharma will have about 19 percent of Endo's outstanding common stock, or roughly 17 percent if an over-allotment option is exercised in full.
