TEIJIN PHARMA AND SCYNEXIS SIGN RESEARCH AGREEMENT

SCYNEXIS, Inc., a medicinal chemistry-focused drug discovery and development company, today announced that Teijin Pharma Limited, an R&D-oriented pharmaceutical company which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Teijin Limited, and SCYNEXIS have signed an agreement under which SCYNEXIS will provide comprehensive medicinal and analytical chemistry services to Teijin Pharma's research programs. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
