VOYAGER PHARMACEUTICAL SETS IPO AT 5.9 MLN SHARES

Voyager Pharmaceutical Corp. on Thursday set its planned initial public offering at 5.9 million shares for between $15 and $19 per share. The biopharmaceutical company said in an amended offering document filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that the underwriter, WR Hambrecht & Co., would have the option to buy 885,000 more shares to cover over-allotments.
