MED GEN FORMS NEW TECHNOLOGIES INVESTMENT SUBSIDIARY

Med Gen Inc., manufacturers of the national brands Snorenz, snore relief throat spray and Good Nights Sleep, sleep aid throat spray, announced today that it has formed NewGen Ventures, Inc., ("NewGen") a majority owned subsidiary, for the purpose of investing in and expanding early stage private and public companies that meet specific criteria, targeting healthcare technologies and communications/media/security/PDA based technologies. NewGen, Inc. a Nevada Corporation, will seek to raise a minimum of $1 million and a maximum of $2.5 million through Institutions and Accredited Investors only.
