HIKMA PHARMACEUTICALS SEEKS 500 MLN STG LONDON LISTING

Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC is seeking a full London listing through a placing of new and existing shares which could value the company at around 500 mln stg. The group also intends to apply for a secondary listing of global depositary receipts on the Dubai International Financial Exchange. The offer price range for the global offering has been set at between 265 and 330 pence a share.
