ROCHE 3Q SALES GET HELP FROM TAIL PRODUCTS

Roche's (RHHBY) strong 3Q sales report includes strong performance from so-called tail products, says Merrill Lynch analyst. Sales of tail products, which contain a mixture of newly-launched and older products, remained strong. "The results serve to underpin the positive earnings momentum, which we continue to see from Roche, supporting our buy rating."
