EPITAN COMPLETES $6.9 MILLION PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Epitan Limited today announced that it has successfully raised $6.9 million before costs via a private placement assisted by Mariner Corporate Finance to institutional and private investors based in Australia and several European countries including the UK, Switzerland, Germany and Spain. Two Directors Dr Roger Aston (Chairman-elect) and Mr Iain Kirkwood (Managing Director) participated in the offer which was over subscribed.
