PRAECIS PHARMACEUTICALS INCORPORATED (NASDAQ: PRCS) today announced consolidated financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2005. All per share amounts have been retroactively restated for all periods presented to reflect a 1-for-5 reverse stock split of the Company's common stock effected on November 1, 2005.
