BOSTON SCIENTIFIC ANNOUNCES PRICING OF $750 MILLION OF SENIOR NOTES

Boston Scientific recently announced the pricing of a public offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes under the Company's existing shelf-registration statement. The public offering consists of $400 million of 5.50 percent notes due November 15, 2015 and $350 million of 6.25 percent notes due November 15, 2035.
