CARDIOME REPORTS THIRD QUARTER RESULTS

Cardiome Pharma Corp. (NASDAQ: CRME / TSX: COM) reported today financial results for the third quarter ending September 30, 2005. The Company also announced a final decision to suspend further development of Oxypurinol for treatment of congestive heart failure, further to clinical results announced in a press release dated August 15, 2005.
