IMAGENETIX ANNOUNCES AMENDMENT TO SB-2 DECLARED EFFECTIVE BY SEC

Imagenetix, Inc. announced today that the post effective amendment to its Registration Statement on Form SB-2 covering the re-registration of 1,672,500 shares of its common stock and 4,844,351 shares underlying stock options and warrants, all of which had been previously registered, was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 10, 2005.
