GENOSIS TO PLACE 6.4 MILLION SHARES AT 110P IN AIM FLOAT

Genosis plc, a U.K. company focusing on consumer products for reproductive health, Monday announces a successful fund raising and confirmation of its proposed admission to AIM with dealings expected on Dec. 2. Genosis said it's raising GBP7.0 million before expenses through a placing of 6,363,634 shares at 110 pence per share which have been placed with institutional and other investors. The new shares will represent 41.1% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company.
