BAUSCH & LOMB GETS WAIVER FROM LENDERS

Bausch & Lomb Inc., a maker of contact lenses and lens care products, said Wednesday it received last week a waiver under its five-year revolving credit agreement dated July 26 as a precaution against any event of default. The company said it is not aware that any such event exists.
