NEIMETH SEEKS N1.5BN FROM CAPITAL MARKET

As part of efforts to meet the currents global manufacturing standard and the expansion of its product lines, Neimeth International Pharmacenticals Plc is determined to raise about N1.5 billion from the capital market through a public offer of N600,000,000 million ordinary shares of 50k each at N2.50k per share. The offer opened on the 21st of November, 2005 and is expected to close on the 19th of December 2005.
