GENEREX BIOTECHNOLOGY RAISES $3.5M PURSUANT TO THE EXERCISE OF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED INVESTMENT RIGHTS

Generex Biotechnology Corporation announced today that, pursuant to a definitive agreement with the participants in its June and September 2005 debenture transactions, those investors will exercise certain outstanding investment rights held by them pursuant to which the Company will issue additional debentures and warrants for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $3,500,000. That transaction is expected to close on or about Monday, December 5, 2005 (the "Closing Date").
