LOMBARD MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES PLC RAISES £26.2 MILLION ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF IPO

Lombard Medical Technologies PLC ("Lombard" or the "Company"), a developer of stent grafts and other medical products, announces that it has successfully completed an initial public offering on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, raising £26.2 million of new money (before expenses) for the Company via a placing with institutional investors (the "Placing") conducted by Code Securities Limited.
